The Kāpiti Coast Museum over the railway lines in Elizabeth Street, Waikanae, will be open on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 1 to 4pm.
We have a number of displays which include early settler life, a 1930s kitchen, 20th century cameras, and a wide range of radio ham and telecommunication equipment. There are many interactive displays for all ages to try.
Visitor hosts will be available to answer questions and conduct short tours.
Due to a change in scheduling, the Museum will only be open on Saturday 30 and Sunday 31 October.
No booking is required.
